This Residential Tower project comprises of 3 Basements (Parking and Plant Rooms etc.) + Ground Floor ( Retails & BOH etc.) + Podium Level 1, 2 & 3 (Offices and Swimming Pool) + Level 4 to 57 (Apartments & MEP Plant Rooms) and Penthouse in Level 58 (3B+G+58F+1 Penthouse+2 Roof) and is located on Plot No.49 at Downtown, Dubai.
Services and controls are provided to maintain the internal environment over a wide range of occupancy patterns. The mechanical services are fully automated linked back to centrally monitored PC system.
Central Air conditioning System with supply and installation of Chilled Water pipe work system, G.I. duct work, indoor fan coil units, FAHUs, AHUs and Smoke Ventilation System
The cooling requirement is served by Emaar District Cooling network facilitated by an energy transfer station at Basement-1 level. The total building cooling load is 3000 TR with cold side temperature of 50C (in)/13.80C (out).
Electrical installation with total connected load of 10.90 MW; 7 Nos. 1500KVA Transformers.
1 No. 2500 KVA Standby Diesel Generator set and UPS system.
